Tutor Ádám vagyok, Defendo és Safe kid oktató.
13 éves korom óta érdekel igazán a küzdősport világa 2015-ben leltem rá a Defendora, ami azonnal megfogott. Nem volt félrebeszélés és a nyers igazságról volt szó minden edzésen.
Nagy álmom vált valóra, amikor oktatóvá váltam. Jelenleg önvédelmi edzéseket tartok gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek (Safe Kid, és Defendo).
Hiszek abban, hogy a gyerekeknek példamutató emberre van szükségük, aki megtanítja őket felkészülni a problémás helyzetekre.
